The County Commissioners have contracted with AVTACS, Inc. to perform the Spalding County Revaluation.

COO Debbie Griggers is an accomplished appraiser and keeps the daily operations running smoothly. Her earlier career as a Registered Nurse instilled in her an attention to detail with unmatched organizational skills that insures the revaluation projects are completed thoroughly and timely.
