Message from the Chairman of the Board of Assessors

"We members of the Spalding County Board of Assessors are property owners just like you and our only purpose in authorizing this countywide revaluation is to ensure that the taxable properties in the county are assessed fairly and uniformly so that each property owner pays only their fair share of the total taxes needed to run the county, city and schools."

--- Tim Whalen, Chairman
